Our month of joining the Reduce Food Waste Bandwagon has paid off.   Publicising our decision to reduce food waste has been a great motivator and we’ve learnt from the experience. One of the underlying principles when aiming for a self sufficient life is not to waste resources.  One of our most important resources is food, so please do NOT waste any, ever, at all!
